Leiv Martin og Aud’s travels
Café, Brasserie and Bar 59° are inspired by Leiv Martin and Aud’s life at sea. The interior and style elements are inspired by the ship’s interior and continental restaurants, cafés, and bars. Our menus consist of classic brasserie and café dishes with influence from Leiv Martin’s work as a Ship Stuart, and a local and modern twist.
