Good food experiences are important for the hotel and we are proud to serve you food that is mainly based on and composed of ingredients from our own region. Our talented kitchen staff use seasonal ingredients when they are at their best, and put their pride in giving you exciting and pleasant culinary experiences – both everyday and festive.

In 2019 we launced a new concept, based on our founders Leiv Martin and Aud Tveita, called Cafè, Brasserie & Bar 59°.
