The good (and necessary) break
A conference or meeting require concentration and focus. All events require breaks and some time to breathe and a have a stretch. Stord Hotel has a cosy break area where we serve fresh coffee and snacks.
Having food during the break provides a natural energy boost and is important for a successful conference. Stord Hotel offers a reputable energy-menu with a wide range of home-made food, snacks and refreshing drinks to keep the concentration and focus of the participants during the entire meeting.

Tasty and local
Great food is crucial to the overall experience during a conference or an event. We are very proud of the excellent conference menu we present to our conference guest. The food experience of each individual guest is important to us, and we have a strong focus on seasonal ingredients in our menus.
The conference menu is served in our restaurant, but it is also possible to use one of our beautiful conference rooms if you prefer. If you wish to upgrade your conference menu, our chef can compose a special event menu. With amazing ingredients from the kitchen, we invite you to a tasteful food and wine experience that adds the finishing touch to an insightful day. The banquet dinner is held in a special venue, including festive table settings with flowers and candles.

For those who wish to do something outside of the hotel we can help with advice, tips and organizing. Sunnhordland is an Eldorado for outdoor- and cultural activities.
We can book team building activities that captivates most people. As a regional centre, Stord is also a fantastic starting point for exploring everything what the rest of Sunnhordland has to offer, between the sea in the West and the glacier in the East.
